Terms & Conditions of Use

Out Kick Gear will gladly accept exchanges or returns on items purchased directly from www.outkickgear.com within 30 days of purchase as outlined below. If you purchased your item at one our retail partner stores please refer to their return policy for guidance. Exchanges and returns are processed as quickly as possible. More specific information on Out Kick Gear return policies are outlined below.

Exchanges: We will accept any unused Out Kick Gear product purchased directly from www.outkickgear.com for an exchange within 30 days of purchase and receipt provided the item is unused, unaltered and sent back in the same packaging and condition as you received it so that it can be re-stocked and sold. The exchange process is as follows:

1. When making an exchange of goods, please be sure to check on the availability of the desired product by emailing customer service at custserv@corporateclothier.com or call toll free 1-877-622-5302. Although it is our goal to have every product in stock at all times, occasionally back orders do occur.

2. If we have the item in stock, ask for a return authorization form. This form will include any exchange information that our warehouse will need to return ship exchanged product. We will email you the form to include when you mail your product back to Out Kick Gear. At that time, you will also be asked for a credit card number to cover the cost of shipping (unless defective) and or any difference in the value of the exchange and any applicable re-stocking fees depending on the condition of the product. Standard re-stocking fee for product not received in unused, unaltered and sent back in the same packaging and condition as you received it so that it can be re-stocked and sold will be 20%.

3. Prepare your package for return shipping. Be sure to include a copy of the return authorization form and the original invoice or packing sheet. Obtain a tracking number for the shipment and e-mail to custserv@corporateclothier.com

4. Once your exchange is received in our warehouse, your exchange will be processed and the new item shipped.
